We look at your credit reports and your goals — where your score stands today, and where you need it to be.
Rise From Bad Credit.
Score Phoenix Credit reviews your reports from all three bureaus, points out the negative items hurting your score the most, and challenges the ones you choose — with real dispute work, tracking, and monitoring. Not empty promises.
No upfront fees. Nothing is disputed without your say-so.
You stay in control at every step — we flag it, you choose it, we challenge it.
We look at your credit reports and your goals — where your score stands today, and where you need it to be.
Through your membership, we pull your reports from all three bureaus — and the system flags every negative item on them.
You get a recommendation list: the accounts and inquiries hurting your score the most, explained in plain English. No jargon, no pressure.
You pick which flagged items to challenge. Nothing is disputed without your say-so — ever.
Dispute letters are prepared and sent to Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion. Responses are tracked, items are re-challenged where the law allows, and monitoring alerts you to new applications or accounts.
Challenging negative items is our everyday work. But for true identity theft, federal law offers something stronger than a regular dispute — an included option for qualifying cases, not our default path.
Filed Together, On a Scheduled Call
Here's exactly how it works — no surprises
We book a call together
Your FTC identity theft report is prepared in advance, so the call itself is short.
The FTC texts a 6-digit code to YOUR phone
That's how the FTC confirms it's really you — the code can only go to the phone number on your file, never to ours.
You read us the code — we handle everything else
We finish the filing on the call, then send the §605B block requests to Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion.
Your audit flags every negative item below. You choose which ones we challenge — we prepare and send the disputes, track every response, and re-challenge where the law allows.
Late payments that were actually on time, misdated, or still reporting after the account was paid or closed.
Collection accounts — including wrong balances, debts already paid, or debts that were never yours to pay.
Charged-off accounts still reporting the wrong balance, the wrong date, or the wrong status.
Vehicle repossessions with errors in the balance owed, the dates, or how the account was closed.
Hard inquiries you don't recognize, or from credit applications you never authorized.
Negative items old enough that they should have already fallen off your report.
Accounts reporting an incorrect balance, the wrong open or closed status, or dates that don't match reality.
The same debt listed more than once — an original creditor and a collector, or two collectors reporting the same account.
Accounts that belong to someone else entirely, mixed into your credit file by a bureau error.
Straight talk: we challenge items that are inaccurate, outdated, duplicated, or not yours — and we'll tell you honestly which lane each item belongs in before anything is sent. Accurate, verifiable information can't legally be removed, and any company that promises otherwise is not being straight with you.
Identity theft rarely happens just once. Your monthly membership keeps watch over all three bureaus so a new fraudulent account gets caught fast — not discovered years later.

New credit application detected
A hard inquiry just appeared on one of your bureau reports. Not you? We act fast.
New account opened
A new account was reported in your name. Review it the day it shows up — not months later.
§605B block confirmed
A bureau confirmed your fraudulent account was blocked, with an updated report issued.
Rebuilding takes more than disputes. These are outside tools our clients ask about — we don't own or control them, listing isn't an endorsement, and none of them can guarantee a score increase. Do your homework before paying anyone.
Credit builder account: a small loan held in a bank CD while your payments are reported to all three bureaus. Plans from about $25/month — and you get most of the money back at the end.
self.inc ↗Credit-builder accounts run by a bank (Austin Capital Bank). The installment plan reports to all three bureaus and includes a free monthly FICO® score.
creditstrong.com ↗Budget starter: a small revolving credit account from about $5/month, with no credit check, plus rent reporting options.
kikoff.com ↗Free: adds your on-time utility, phone, and streaming payments to your Experian report. Experian only — the other bureaus don't see it.
experian.com ↗A secured card with no fees, no interest, and no credit check. Requires a Chime checking account; your deposit is your limit.
chime.com ↗App bundle with credit-builder loans and monitoring. Convenient — but the priciest option here, with a monthly membership plus interest.
moneylion.com ↗How tradelines really work: you pay to be added as an authorized user on someone else's older credit card. You get no card and no spending power — the account's history shows on your report for about two billing cycles, then you're removed. It can help a thin file's age and utilization, but it does not remove negative items, the effect is temporary, and mortgage lenders can disregard bought tradelines entirely. Never a substitute for building your own credit.
The largest self-serve tradeline marketplace. Browse live inventory by account age and limit; posting guarantee or refund.
tradelinesupply.com ↗Consultation-based tradeline service, operating since 2010, with personalized selection.
superiortradelines.com ↗Tradeline broker with signed agreements; authorized-user tradelines only.
boostcredit101.com ↗Never buy these — they're fraud: CPNs ("credit profile/privacy numbers") are often stolen Social Security numbers, frequently children's — using one on an application is a federal crime. "Primary tradelines" for sale and "credit sweeps" promising to erase accurate history are the same scam family. Anyone demanding your SSN and bureau logins through a form and payment by CashApp or Zelle only — walk away.

Federal law doesn't allow credit repair companies to charge you before the work is done — and we wouldn't have it any other way.

Everything in Standard, plus:
Two honest details: both plans are billed monthly, only after that month's work is done — never upfront, and your written contract states the services, timeline, and total cost before anything begins. And pulling your reports and monitoring them runs through a separate credit monitoring membership (about $21–$31/month) that you pay directly to the monitoring provider — that's on top of the plan price above, and we'll show you exactly how it works at your free audit.
You never make a post office run. Every dispute letter is prepared and mailed for you — and you choose how each round travels.
Included in both plans at no extra cost: your dispute letters are mailed First-Class through our mailing service, with proof of mailing kept in your file and every response tracked.
An optional add-on any client can choose, round by round: every letter that round goes Certified Mail with Electronic Return Receipt — USPS tracking plus signature proof of delivery, so there's documented proof of the day each bureau received your dispute, which is the day its 30-day investigation clock starts.
Premium already includes the Certified & Signed treatment on the first dispute round and every escalation letter — no upgrade needed for those. One practical note: the bureaus receive dispute mail at P.O. Box addresses, so all bureau dispute mail travels by USPS.
Your free audit comes with your exact plan and price — in writing, before you commit to anything.
It starts with a free audit of your reports from all three bureaus. We flag every negative item and recommend the ones hurting your score most, explained in plain English. You choose which items to challenge — then we prepare and send the disputes, track every bureau response, and re-challenge where the law allows.
The bureaus generally have 30 days to investigate a dispute once they receive it. Timelines vary by item and by bureau — some items resolve in the first round, others take follow-up rounds. We track every response and keep challenging where the law allows, so the work doesn't stall.
Never — we mail everything for you through our mailing service. Standard mailing by USPS First-Class Mail is included in both plans. If you want a stronger paper trail on a round, the optional "Certified & Signed" upgrade ($35 per round) sends every letter that round by Certified Mail with Electronic Return Receipt — USPS tracking and signature proof of delivery. Premium already includes that treatment on the first dispute round and every escalation letter. All bureau dispute mail goes by USPS, because the bureaus receive disputes at P.O. Box addresses.
No — and nobody legally can. No company can guarantee the removal of accurate, current, verifiable information, and you should be wary of any that promise it. What we guarantee is the work: the correct process, disputes sent on the items you chose, every response tracked, and honest follow-through.
If accounts were opened in your name that you never authorized, there's a stronger federal tool: an FTC identity theft report plus an FCRA §605B block, which can require the bureaus to block the fraudulent information within 4 business days. One thing to know up front: the FTC confirms it's really you by texting a 6-digit code to your phone — so we file this together on a scheduled call. You read us the code; we handle everything else.
Three things: a government photo ID, proof of address, and your picks — the flagged items you want us to challenge. And one thing we will never ask for: your Social Security number or your credit bureau passwords through a form, email, or text.
Tell us who you are and which negative items you want challenged. A real person reviews every submission — and nothing is disputed without your say-so.
Your intake is in. We'll review what you sent and reach out by email with the secure next steps for your reports and ID. Remember: we only dispute the items you picked — nothing more, and nothing behind your back.
Not sure which negative items are hurting you most — or which ones can actually be challenged? That's exactly what the free audit is for.
